What to expect when you work with Makeproper

One of the most common things we hear from people who have worked with other agencies or freelancers is that they did not know what was happening. Weeks would pass without an update. Deadlines would be missed without warning. The finished product would arrive as a surprise rather than something they had been involved in building.
That is not how Makeproper works.
The first conversation
We start with a call or a message. No intake forms, no lengthy questionnaires. We want to understand your business, what you are trying to achieve and whether we are the right fit for what you need. That conversation is free and there is no obligation.
The proposal
If we think we can genuinely help, we send a written proposal within five working days. It covers what we will build, why we are approaching it that way, what it will cost and when it will be ready. Everything is clear before any money changes hands.
The build
We work in stages and share progress throughout. You will see design decisions before they are finalised. You will have the opportunity to give feedback at every stage. Nothing arrives as a surprise.
We handle design, development and copy under one roof. You have one point of contact throughout: not an account manager who passes your project to someone you have never met.
The launch
We handle everything technical: hosting, domain setup, redirects, Search Console configuration, initial SEO setup. You get a site that is ready to work from day one.
After launch
We do not disappear. Most clients move to a monthly retainer after seeing what consistent digital work does for their business. For those who do not, we are still available for updates, questions and future projects.
